Good things come in threes for Radfield Home Care Havering

Following recent success at both the Thames Gateway New Business Awards and Havering Business Awards, Radfield Home Care Havering has now been shortlisted at a third awards event, in three separate categories!

Despite only launching in July last year, the home care franchise has made the shortlist at the National Best New Business Awards in the Service Industry Business of the Year, Franchisee of the Year and Business Woman of the Year categories.

With women only equating for one quarter of all franchise owners in the UK, and franchisees and cousins, Jennie and Lisa entering the home care industry following their own personal experiences with the sector, all three award categories are close to their hearts:

We are extremely excited to have been shortlisted, not only as a finalist, but a finalist in three important categories to our business that is not even one year old yet”, Jennie explained.

“Having won the Judges Award at the Thames Gateway Business Awards in November, and the Havering New Business of the Year Award in February, we are over the moon to have been shortlisted for our first national awards and are really look forward to the awards ceremony. We also want to wish all the finalists the best of luck!”

Aside from winning awards, Radfield Home Care Havering is also breaking records within the franchise network, doubling its projections and breaking even in just nine months – allowing Jennie and Lisa to reinvest in the business and expand into a second territory sooner than anticipated.

Radfield Home Care franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie is proud of the recognition the cousins have already achieved and anticipates further good things to come:

“Jennie and Lisa are a credit to not only the Radfield franchise network, but also the wider home care industry. They reflect all of Radfield Home Care’s values; treating their workforce and clients with the utmost of respect and support. With such a commitment to high standards, it does not surprise me at all they are now being represented at large national awards – recognition that is utterly deserved – and I am certain it will be the first of many national accolades they receive in years to come.”

Specialising in providing private care services to older people within their own home, Radfield Home Care franchisees operate in a rapidly growing marketplace. By 2044, over 25% of the UK’s population is predicted to be over the age of 65, more and more of which are turning to the private marketplace to source their care needs.

Supporting your local community whilst developing a profitable business provides a rewarding franchise opportunity, and Radfield Home Care has opportunities for entrepreneurs such as Jennie and Lisa right across the UK – including the Greater London region.
