Radfield Franchise Forum celebrates growth, technology and communication

Radfield Home Care recently hosted its latest Franchise Forum event, providing its franchise partners with an open forum to meet, discuss and learn from one another, industry experts and the National Office support team.

The first forum of the year was led by a review of the network’s performance, which included a near 100% increase in turnover during 2019 to date. The National Office support team then unveiled the brand new Radfield Management System, launched the organisation’s latest healthcare management technology and outlined Radfield Home Care’s future business development strategy.

External legal professionals were also invited to the event to share best practice guidance and advice surrounding HR to aid franchise partners with their ongoing staff recruitment and retention strategies – an often overlooked, but essential, focus when growing a high-quality home care business.

Throughout the day, there were also numerous networking opportunities for franchise partners to meet, share experiences and learn from one another.

Franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie is a big advocate of providing franchise partners an open forum to discuss the latest trends and developments within the organisation:

“One of the biggest benefits of being a part of a franchise is learning from the wider network, and our role as franchisor is to encourage and support communication amongst all stakeholders. These shared learnings help franchise partners grow within their local territories, but also gives us, as a franchisor, a clear opportunity to listen to their struggles and strengths, then develop our systems accordingly. A lot of the discussions and announcements during this latest forum were the result of the shared conversations from our last event – and I expect our next forum to be similar.”

Following positive feedback from franchise partners, Radfield is now looking to introduce more events in the second half of 2019, enabling franchise partners to meet regionally on a more regular basis to discuss and share best-practice at a local level.
